I have had, several times, long these fifteen last years, mentioned what I call The Game. What, in human activities does not show as physical survival (eat, protect itself, reproduce) but as the incapacity of Human to receipt the confrontation with the absurd in its existence (Pascal, Camus…). The play activities, hobbies (patience games), answer the emergencies of survival, to the necessity of justifying, artificially, the time that not used for physical survival and that conscience lead us to appreciate in its immeasurable vacuity. These games are multiple amongst which we could enumerate: philosophy, theology, fundamental scientific research, art, game…
An unsuspected convergence that lead us to share fate and ambition of those one would think to be farthest, in their activity.
